1 Ejected in Solo-Vehicle Crash on 110 Freeway in Downtown Los Angeles

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Jan. 6 (KNN) — One person was found ejected following a solo-vehicle crash early Saturday morning on a freeway in the area of Downtown Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a solo-vehicle crash shortly after 3 a.m. on the northbound 110 Freeway transition road to the 10 Freeway.

When crews arrived on scene, they located one ejected victim as well as a second patient still inside the vehicle.

Both the ejected and second victim were transported to the hospital with critical injuries, according to the LAFD.

Witnesses reported seeing additional parties flee the scene immediately after the crash.

The California Highway Patrol’s Central Los Angeles Office is handling the crash investigation.
