SAN GABRIEL, CA, Sept. 9 (KNN) — One person was wounded when shots were fired during an apparent fight across from a 7-Eleven convenience store early Saturday morning.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department and sheriff’s department received a call of a disturbance around 1 a.m. Saturday at North Paramount and North San Gabriel Boulevards in the city of San Gabriel.
The call came from a security guard that said three unknown males were fighting in front of 7-Eleven, then an update was reported regarding six to eight shots heard fired and one male down with a gunshot wound in the foot across from the 7-Eleven.
The LASD closed San Gabriel Boulevard in both directions while they conducted their investigation.
The patient was transported to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
There are no further details at this time.
