2 Men Wounded in Shooting at Hollywood Hills House Party

HOLLYWOOD HILLS WEST, LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12 (KNN) — Two men were found shot overnight at a house party in the Hollywood Hills West neighborhood of Los Angeles, according to authorities.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Division patrol units responded to reports of shots fired with a victim down around 12:08 a.m. at a residence in the 1600 block of North Crescent Heights Boulevard.

When officers arrived on scene, they located a male with a gunshot wound to the back and an additional male victim with a gunshot wound to the buttock, according to initial information gathered at the scene.

Both victims who are in their 20s, were transported to the hospital and are in stable condition, said Officer Lopez with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Division.

A couple of people were detained at the scene for questioning, but were not arrested. There is no suspect information at this time, Lopez told Key News Network.

It is also unknown at this time if the shooting is gang related.
