2 Pedestrians Injured in Pomona Hit-and-Run Traffic Collision

POMONA, CA, Oct. 7 (KNN) — Two pedestrians were left injured after being struck by a hit-and-run driver early Saturday morning.

Pomona Police Department officers and Los Angeles County firefighters and paramedics responded to a traffic collision involving pedestrians in the downtown area of the city of Pomona at South Thomas Street and West Third Street shortly before 4 a.m.

Once officers and firefighters arrived on scene, they located two males that were struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.

One male was transported in unknown condition, and a second patient was transported with minor injuries.

There is currently no vehicle or suspect description.
