2 Trapped in 2-Vehicle Traffic Collision in Hollywood

Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA: Five people were involved in a two-vehicle traffic collision early Wednesday morning with two requiring extrication.

The collision was reported at approximately 12:45 a.m., Jan. 18, at the intersection of Argyle and Selma avenues in the Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Two individuals in the compact red vehicle were trapped and required extrication. A passenger in the back seat was not trapped.

All three occupants of the red compact were transported to Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

Two victims were inside the light colored sedan involved in the collision, with one transported to a local area hospital with minor injuries.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and extricated the two trapped patients in approximately fifteen minutes.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s West Traffic Division will be handling the investigation.
