HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, June 11 (KNN) – A two-vehicle crash close to a gourmet grocery store trapped one person and also involved pedestrians early Sunday morning.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a traffic collision around 2:21 a.m. involving two vehicles with one party trapped on the 7800 block of West Sunset Boulevard in the Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
When crews arrived on scene, they found a sedan and a pickup truck partially into the parking lot of the Bristol Farms store at the location.
The solo occupant in the sedan was extricated and transported to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
The solo occupant of the pickup truck was evaluated at the scene by paramedics.
First responders were later informed of two pedestrians in the parking lot of Bristol Farms that were somehow injured during the crash.
Both pedestrians were also transported to the hospital.
The LAPD’s West Traffic Division is handling the investigation into the cause of the collision.
