PASADENA, Calif., Oct. 14 (KNN) — A Mercedes and a Jeep collided late Sunday night, sending one vehicle into a Pasadena home.
Pasadena firefighters and police officers responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of North Altadena Drive and Brigden Road around 10:44 p.m.
Once officers and firefighters arrived at the scene, they located a two-vehicle traffic collision with a Jeep into a house. KNN spoke to the homeowner’s brother, who declined to speak on camera and said that his brother was not home at the time of the crash but usually watched television in the living room that the Jeep crashed into.
The male, who was driving the Jeep when it crashed into the house, was assessed by firefighters but was not transported to a hospital. The female in the black vehicle was also evaluated by firefighters but was not transported.
A neighbor spoke to KNN on camera and said he heard the loud crash. He ran outside to see if he could help and noticed two cars – a Mercedes and a Jeep – involved in a collision.
The Jeep ended up crashing into a nearby home, said the neighbor. The occupants were outside their vehicles when he arrived at the scene; others also responded to help.
It is unknown at this time how the crash occurred and if speed or alcohol was a factor.
