2-Vehicle Injury Traffic Collision Involves Wall, Traffic Signal Pole

Van Nuys, Los Angeles, CA: The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle physical rescue traffic collision at Woodley Avenue and Vanowen Street around 10:47 a.m., Dec. 18, in the Van Nuys neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley.

The Sunday morning collision involved two vehicles with one vehicle crashing into a wall and traffic signal pole on the 6800 block of North Woodley Avenue.

Two victims were transported to local hospital with one believed to have sustained fatal injuries.

LAPD Valley Traffic Division was on location investigating.

The intersection of Vanowen and Woodley was shut down for an unknown period of time.
