2-Vehicle Traffic Collision Involves Gunshot Victim

VERMONT VISTA, LOS ANGELES, Aug. 7 (KNN) — A person was injured after being shot, causing a two-vehicle traffic collision early Monday morning.

The incident occurred around 2:50 a.m. at Imperial Highway and the I-110 Freeway on-ramp in the Vermont Vista neighborhood within Los Angeles.

Details are still very vague, however, at least one person was transported to the hospital.

Eastbound lanes of Imperial Highway were closed at Figueroa Street for an hour as LAPD Southeast officers investigated the circumstances of the shooting.
