2 Victims Found Shot Inside Pickup Truck; 1 Dead, 1 Transported to Hospital

Pomona, Los Angeles County, CA: Pomona Police officers and Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the area of West Foothill Boulevard and Falcon Street around 10:39 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, for two gunshot victims inside a red pickup truck blocking westbound traffic on Foothill Boulevard in the city of Pomona.

One person was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the second victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.

La Verne Police Department was also on scene and assisting Pomona PD.

Pomona PD was working on a second shooting location on the 1700 block of Benedict Way and East San Bernardino Avenue, possibly related to the two victims shot inside a pickup truck on West Foothill Boulevard.

Pomona PD has not released any details regarding the shooting at the time of this report, as the investigation is still ongoing.
