Westminster, Orange County, CA: Two male suspects gained entry into a residence before robbing the occupants at gunpoint late Sunday night.

Westminster police responded to a residence in the 8000 block of Rockview Circle in the city of Westminster shortly after 10:30 p.m., Mar. 26, for a possible burglary in progress, according to the Westminster Police Department.
The home was occupied when two male intruders armed with a handgun jumped the backyard wall of the residence and smashed the sliding glass door to gain entry.
Once inside the home, the suspects ransacked the house looking for valuables after one of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded money, reported WPD. The suspects then exited the residence and fled in an unknown direction.
The only reported loss currently is a wallet containing cash and credit cards, said WPD. Neither of the victims sustained any injuries during the incident.
WPD described one suspect as a male, unknown race, 5′ 4″ tall, wearing a Nike hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and black shoes. The second suspect was described as a male, possibly Hispanic, 5′ 10″ tall, wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
Police were seen canvassing the area for video surveillance at nearby homes while a Westminster Police K-9 swept the area for any potential suspects who may have been hiding, however, none were located.
