WESTLAKE, LOS ANGELES, Apr. 19 (KNN) — Three pedestrians were hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in Westlake late Thursday night.
The Los Angeles Fire Department and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Rampart Division patrol units responded to 6th and Alvarado streets at 11 p.m. for reports of three pedestrians struck by a vehicle at the intersection.
When LAFD personnel arrived at the scene, all three victims were declared to be in critical condition, according to the LAFD. They were transported to a local hospital by LAFD paramedics.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision remained at the scene and was cooperating with LAPD officers.
The ages and genders of the victims are currently unknown. Officer Lee, spokesperson for the LAPD, told Key News Network that all three are currently in stable condition.
There are no further details at this time.
