Sun Valley, Los Angeles, CA: Three vehicles parked below an apartment complex were destroyed by fire early Wednesday morning, Aug. 17, in the Sun Valley neighborhood within the San Fernando Valley.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to the approximately 1:14 a.m. call and found three vehicles fully involved in flames under a three-story apartment complex on the 11000 block of Allegheny Street. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire before it spread throughout the building.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and is under investigation by the fire department.
