Firefighters Contain Brush Fire in Agua Dulce

AGUA DULCE, CA, Aug. 15 (KNN) — A brush fire reported around 2 p.m. Tuesday in a private community within Agua Dulce prompted a response from multiple agencies.

The Los Angeles Fire Department, Department of Forestry, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and California Highway Patrol officers responded to the location of a fire in the area of Agua Dulce Canyon Road and Camino Del Sol.

Forward progress of the flames was stopped within one hour of the arrival of first responders.

It was reported and confirmed that 25 acres was affected by the fire. There were no reported injuries and no structures burned.
