Man Found Fatally Stabbed at Malibu Lifeguard Station

MALIBU, CA, Aug. 22 (KNN) — A homicide investigation is underway into the fatal stabbing of a man overnight at a lifeguard station in the beach city of Malibu.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a stabbing incident that occurred shortly before midnight Tuesday, on the 19400 block of Pacific Coast Highway.

When first responders arrived, a victim was found reportedly with stab wounds to the neck and heart at a lifeguard station at the location.

The male adult victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased, according to the sheriff’s department.

Witnesses stated a female stabbed the man and started walking southbound on PCH. A sheriff’s helicopter searched the area, but did not find any suspect(s).

The sheriff’s department is investigating the incident. There is no additional information at this time.
