City of Industry Deputy-Involved Shooting Under Investigation, 3 Suspects in Custody

INDUSTRY, CA, Sept. 3 (KNN) — A shooting involving the Los Angles County Sheriff’s Department Industry Station occurred Saturday night in front a restaurant.

The sheriff’s station received a call at 10 p.m. for a deputy-involved shooting in front of the Pizza Co restaurant at East Gale Avenue and Turnbull Canyon Road in the City of Industry.

The sheriff’s station watch commander confirmed the deputy-involved shooting without releasing further details and said the original call to the station was regarding a suspicious person in the parking lot.

Three suspects were apprehended, and no injuries were reported, according to the watch commander.

Key News Network video from the scene shows a black SUV parked in front of the business with multiple sheriff’s units at the scene. The deputies had their guns drawn with verbal commands directed to the subjects who were shortly placed into custody.
