Man Wounded in Hollywood Stabbing

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Sept. 6 (KNN) — A man was reported stabbed in Hollywood shortly after midnight prompting a response from the fire department and police.

LAPD’s Hollywood Division units responded to reports of a man stabbed around 12:05 a.m. Wednesday in the 6400 block of Hollywood Boulevard.

Upon arrival, officers located a male in his 50’s down on the sidewalk with stab wounds.

The victim was transported in unknown condition to a local hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department firefighter/paramedics.

The circumstance surrounding the stabbing is unknown at this time and under investigation.
