Mini Cooper Burns on Side of 101 Freeway

WESTLAKE, LOS ANGELES, Sept. 19 (KNN) — A Los Angeles Police Department patrol unit rolled up on a Mini Cooper fully engulfed in flames around 1:21 a.m. Tuesday on the southbound 101 Freeway just north of Glendale Boulevard in Westlake.

Officers requested the Los Angeles Fire Department to respond to handle the fire.

Crews extinguished the blaze in just a few minutes.

No injuries were reported.
