HISTORIC SOUTH-CENTRAL LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26 (KNN) — A male and female were wounded in a shooting in Historic South-Central Los Angeles shortly after midnight Thursday morning.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Newton Division units responded to a call of a shooting victim at an address in the 500 block of East Vernon Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene, they located a male with a gunshot wound to the neck in the alley behind the address.
Officers additionally located a female victim also suffering from a gunshot wound nearby.
Both victims were transported to a local hospital in unknown conditions by Los Angeles Fire Department firefighter/paramedics.
There is no suspect description available or further details at this time.
