Man Found Shot to Death Inside Vehicle in South Los Angeles Neighborhood

UNIVERSITY PARK, LOS ANGELES, Nov. 2 (KNN) — A deceased gunshot victim was found inside a vehicle in the University Park neighborhood within South Los Angeles late Wednesday night.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Southwest Division patrol units responded to reports of shots fired shortly before 12 a.m. in the area of Ellendale Place and 23rd Street.

When units arrived on scene, they located a male with multiple gunshot wounds inside a white Ford Ranger. Bullet holes were observed scattered across the windshield of the vehicle.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

There were reports of a second gunshot victim, though unconfirmed at this time.
