SHADOW HILLS, LOS ANGELES, Nov. 18 (KNN) — A two-vehicle traffic collision overnight resulted in one victim requiring extrication at an intersection in the Shadow Hills neighborhood within Los Angeles.

The collision occurred shortly before 1:30 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Sheldon Street and North Glenoaks Boulevard.
A light colored sedan impacted a light standard backwards, trapping a single victim inside the vehicle. The Los Angeles Fire Department arrived and quickly extricated the victim from the wreckage. A second vehicle involved in the crash with two occupants, were evaluated by paramedics and released at the scene.
Wet roads and rain are possible factors in the collision. The condition of the extricated victim is unknown at this time.
Traffic was closed in all directions in the area of the crash.
