Driver Fatally Injured in 2-Vehicle Traffic Collision in Los Angeles Intersection

FLORENCE, LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7 (KNN) — A driver was fatally injured when two vehicles collided Saturday night in the Florence area of Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to a traffic collision shortly before 9:30 p.m. with reports of a victim trapped just north of the intersection of Broadway and West 60th Street.

The driver of one of the two vehicles involved in the crash was later pronounced deceased.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s South Traffic Division is investigating the collision.
