LAPD Shuts Down Street Takeover in Downtown Los Angeles

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7 (KNN) — The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Division patrol units responded to reports of a street takeover on Lower Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles around 1 a.m. Sunday.

When officers arrived on scene, Lower Grand was jammed with car enthusiasts.

Officers were able to clear out Lower Grand without incident.
