1 Fatally Shot Outside 7-Eleven in East Los Angeles

EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif., Feb. 18 (KNN) — A person was found fatally shot outside a 7-Eleven convenience store late Saturday night.

Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department East Los Angeles Station deputies and Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to a gunshot victim outside of a 7-Eleven at 10:30 p.m. in the 5400 block of East Beverly Boulevard in East Los Angeles.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

It is unknown at this time if any suspect is in custody. Deputies had the area cordoned off as they investigated the shooting.

Family members were observed arriving at the scene.
