Smoke Prompts Emergency Landing of Karol G’s Private Jet at Van Nuys Airport

VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES, Mar. 1 (KNN) — Grammy Award winning Columbian singer Karol G’s private jet pilots requested an emergency landing Thursday night when smoke was noticed inside the aircraft.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to an emergency aircraft landing at 9:55 p.m. at Van Nuys Airport.

The jet landed safely with Karol G seen walking off the plane. Her entourage and some family members were also reportedly onboard.

No injuries were initially reported.
