BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Mar. 2 (KNN) — An arson investigation is underway to determine the cause of a fire that erupted at an apparent vacant house late Friday night.
The Bakersfield Fire Department responded to multiple reports of a structure fire around 11:48 p.m. in the area of Robinson and Oregon Street in East Bakersfield.
Firefighters extinguished the flames in a house that appeared to be unoccupied. Arson investigators were called to the scene.
There are no further details at this time.
