Shooting Victim Found on East Los Angeles Sidewalk

EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif., Apr. 9 (KNN) — Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies with the East Los Angeles Station responded to reports of a shooting victim shortly before 10:30 p.m. Monday night.

Deputies arrived at the area of Eastern Avenue and Whittier Boulevard in East Los Angeles, and located the victim on the sidewalk.

Responding Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel transported the victim to a local hospital in unknown condition.

There is no further information at this time.
