Valley Glen, Los Angeles, CA: A pursuit of a box truck with stolen goods ended in the San Fernando Valley with the suspect in custody early Monday morning.

Around 12:00 a.m. Apr. 18, California Highway patrol was in pursuit of a box truck suspect of a commercial burglary with stolen goods of over $1000.

CHP followed the suspect from the East Los Angeles area to the San Fernando Valley ending on Woodman Avenue and Burbank Boulevard in Valley Glen.

The suspect pulled into a parking lot where CHP placed spike strips on the ground preventing the truck from exiting the parking lot. The suspect exited the truck and was seen complying with CHP.

The suspect was handcuffed and taken into custody.
