Multiple RVs Destroyed in Fire at Mike Thompson RV Super Store in Santa Fe Springs

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. May 9 (KNN) — Flames consumed multiple recreational vehicles in the lot of the Mike Thompson RV Super Store overnight.

The Santa Fe Springs Fire Department and Whittier police officers responded to several 911 calls shortly after 12:30 a.m. regarding multiple RVs on fire in the 13000 block of Firestone Boulevard in the city of Santa Fe Springs.

Once firefighters arrived at the scene, they located multiple RVs fully engulfed in flames in the lot of the RV sales business. The fire was spreading to nearby RVs.

The cause of the fire is not known at this time and under investigation. No firefighters were reported injured during the process of extinguishing the flames.
