Santa Clarita, Los Angeles County, CA: A pursuit that started in the San Fernando Valley ended in the city of Santa Clarita Wednesday evening with the arrest of three suspects and recovered guns.

Burbank Police Department officers started following a stolen SUV around 4:45 p.m. Apr. 20, occupied by three armed and dangerous suspects who led police into the North Hollywood area where the Los Angeles Police Department North Hollywood Division units became involved. The vehicle continued to the Northbound 5 Freeway to Santa Clarita where the vehicle exited Valencia Boulevard and traveled westbound the wrong way.
Sergeant Gomez with LAPD North Hollywood Division said there were four units involved due to the nature of the pursuit with three to four armed and dangerous suspects in the car.
One of the suspects bailed on foot while the SUV was still moving and continued to Soledad Canyon Road where it entered a gated community complex at Villa Metro and came to a stop at the gate on Prima Way and Propello Drive.
Three were arrested – two minors and one adult. One of the arrested is wanted for murder, according to Gomez.
Gomez mentioned off camera that officers were able to retrieve three guns.
