Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County, CA: A bicyclist struck by a vehicle and reported killed early Thursday morning, Apr. 21, has not died. The male patient is currently hospitalized in critical but stable condition as of 6:30 a.m. Thursday, according to Sergeant Leber, Watch Commander with the Beverly Hills Police Department.

The initial report from the scene was incorrectly stated from another source and has since been corrected by the Beverly Hills Police Department.
The collision occurred around 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Rodeo Drive in the city of Beverly Hills where a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle that remained at the scene. The bicyclist was transported to a local area hospital by the Beverly Hills Fire Department.
Beverly Hills PD had closed down the intersection at the time of the collision to conduct their investigation.
