Topanga Garage Floods After Vehicle Hits Hydrant, Flips Over

TOPANGA, Calif., July 13 (KNN) — A vehicle collision with a hydrant left a homeowner’s garage flooded overnight in Topanga.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the 1100 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday for a reported vehicle that had struck a fire hydrant, landed in a homeowner’s front yard and caused water to flood a garage.

One person was transported in unknown condition to a local hospital.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is handling the investigation. It is unknown how much damage was caused by the flooding.
