Driver Survives Crash Down Hillside off Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles

BEVERLY CREST, LOS ANGELES , NOV. 14 (KNN) — A driver survived after crashing down a hillside off Mulholland Drive late Wednesday night.

Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to a vehicle-over-the-side incident in the 13600 block of West Mulholland Drive in the Beverly Crest neighborhood around 9:48 p.m.

Upon arrival, crews discovered a sheared telephone pole and a vehicle approximately 250 feet down a hillside. The driver, who sustained minor injuries, managed to walk away from the crash and was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash.
