Pedestrian Struck, Injured on 105 Freeway in Willowbrook

WILLOWBROOK, Calif., Nov. 15 (KNN) – A person was struck by a vehicle and injured on the 105 Freeway in Willowbrook overnight.

The incident was reported at 12:03 a.m. Friday, on the eastbound 105 Freeway near the Wilmington exit.

One person was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. California Highway Patrol officers were on the scene investigating.

Traffic was being diverted to the carpool lane. It is currently unclear if a Prius observed at the scene was involved in the collision with the pedestrian.

There are no further details at this time.
