SOUTH LOS ANGELES, Nov. 18 (KNN) – Authorities responded to two separate street takeover incidents in South Los Angeles early Monday morning, with the first occurring between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. near 135th Street and Avalon Boulevard.
A vehicle involved in the first incident fled the scene, prompting a slow-speed pursuit by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies. The pursuit ended near Central Avenue and 133rd Street.
Shortly after, another street takeover was reported at Manchester Avenue and Avalon Boulevard. Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to the area and cleared the scene.
The California Highway Patrol also assisted in monitoring the situation. No injuries or arrests have been reported at this time.
