$2K Worth of Jewelry Stolen in Santa Clarita Gold Dealer Heist

SANTA CLARITA, Calif., Nov. 19 (KNN) – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an apparent heist at a gold dealer in the city of Santa Clarita’s Saugus area.

More than $2,000 worth of jewels and other items were taken after thieves shattered a window and made entry into Gold Buyer Depot, located in the 26100 block of Bouquet Canyon Road.

The incident, which was reported shortly after 9 p.m. Monday, is currently under investigation.

Deputies are searching for at least two men and reviewing recorded security camera footage.
