Pomona Police Officer Involved in Traffic Collision

POMONA, Calif., Nov. 21 (KNN) — A Pomona police officer was involved in a traffic collision shortly after 3 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Indian Hill Boulevard and East Kingsley Avenue in the city of Pomona.

The officer was assessed by firefighters and paramedics at the scene but was not transported. The driver of the other vehicle – a black sedan – was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

It is unknown if the Pomona officer was en route to a call with lights and sirens on or without lights.

Pomona PD had both north and southbound lanes of Indian Hill Boulevard closed as they investigated the crash.
