Anti-Immigration Enforcement Protest Shuts Down 101 Freeway in Downtown Los Angeles

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Calif., Feb. 3 (KNN) — A large group of protesters shut down the U.S. 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles Sunday afternoon.

The crowd initially gathered near Temple and Spring Streets by Los Angeles City Hall in a protest against ICE.

The protesters moved onto the northbound and southbound lanes of the U.S. 101 Freeway. One CHP unit attempted to stop them, but they continued.

There was no other police intervention at that time.
