Vehicle Crashes Into Building in City of Industry

INDUSTRY, Calif., Apr. 2 (KNN) — Authorities responded to a vehicle crash into a building in the 14200 block of East Nelson Avenue in the City of Industry late Tuesday evening.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived at the scene, where firefighters and paramedics evaluated one person. It remains unclear if anyone was transported to a hospital.

The entrance to a business in the building appeared to have sustained significant damage, but it was unclear if the structural integrity was compromised. The sheriff’s department had requested a building safety unit to assist at the scene.

It is unknown at this time if the business was open or closed when the crash occurred. The cause is under investigation.
