UFC fighter Henry Cejudo, who witnessed the incident, said a car was traveling at a high rate of speed in the residential neighborhood before losing control and crashing into his neighbor’s home.

The four occupants of the vehicle initially struggled to exit the car. As they began to get out, several of them attempted to flee the scene. Cejudo intervened in an effort to stop them.

One suspect became physically aggressive with the homeowner but was subdued by Cejudo.

The altercation ended when a neighbor arrived with a gun and ordered the combative suspect to stop.

Police arrived at the scene and detained at least one individual.

Phoenix Fire Department personnel transported at least one person to a local hospital with unspecified injuries. No one in the house sustained injuries from the crash.

Several cans of Twisted Tea were found in a backpack carried by one of the passengers, including at least one empty can.
