Malibu, Los Angeles County, CA: A 19-year-old male was rescued after driving off the side of a cliff in the beach city of Malibu late Friday night.
Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to reports of a vehicle that drove off the side of Stunt Road at around 11:09 p.m. May 13, 2022.
When units arrived at Stunt Road and Cold Creek Fire Road, they found one vehicle approximately 150 feet down a cliff.
A LACoFD helicopter rescued the teen driver who was complaining only of back pain. The patient was airlifted to Ronald Reagan hospital.
California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Malibu office are investigating the incident.
