Castaic, Los Angeles County, CA: Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives responded to an incident that was reported Friday morning, Feb. 18, around 7:00 a.m. regarding a male Hispanic victim in his 40’s found deceased on a sidewalk on the 31500 block of Castaic Lake Road in the city of Castaic.

The male victim was last reported in an altercation on Thursday night with an unknown person. It is not known if the victim’s death is related to the incident. The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

LASD Homicide detectives are continuing to investigate the death.
