Van Nuys, Los Angeles, CA: A victim was allegedly shot at by a suspect(s) after he was involved in a hit-and-run traffic collision away from the location where he stopped and called 911 on Woodman and Woodman Place in the Van Nuys neighborhood of central San Fernando Valley.
Los Angeles Police Department officers from Van Nuys responded to the scene where the victim had made the phone call reporting the incident around 11:21 p.m. Saturday night, Nov. 19.
The victim mentioned he was involved in a hit-and-run collision then followed the vehicle. The suspect(s) got out of their vehicle and allegedly shot at the victim’s windshield, then ran into a backyard.
No injuries were reported.
Per an LAPD officer speaking at the scene, the suspect’s vehicle was abandoned on Sherman Way and Tobias in Van Nuys.
