Ventura, CA: Two people were hospitalized after two vehicles were involved in a major traffic collision in the city of Ventura Tuesday night.
Ventura Police and City Fire Departments responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Vista Del Mar Drive and East Harbor Boulevard around 10:18 p.m., Dec. 6.
When emergency personnel arrived on scene, they discovered that the solo male occupant of the sedan involved was pinned in his vehicle.
Firefighters extricated the driver from the vehicle and transported him to the hospital.
A second victim in another vehicle was transported to the hospital as well.
The victims’ conditions were described as “red tagged” by emergency personnel at the scene.
The Ventura PD Traffic Unit was on scene conducting a major traffic collision investigation.
