Stabbing Victim Found in SUV, Transported to Hospital in Serious Condition

Westlake, Los Angeles , CA: A man was found suffering from possible stab wounds in a dark colored SUV Wednesday morning on the 300 block of North Alvarado Street in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Police Department Rampart Division officers along with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the location at approximately 3:28 a.m., Dec. 21, for reports of a stabbing.

A single male victim was located in a dark colored SUV on the southwest corner at the intersection of Court and Alverado.

The victim was transported to a local area hospital in serious condition.

One male was possibly in the vehicle along with the victim, but was seemingly uninjured.

It is unclear at this time if the stabbing occurred at the intersection of Court and Alverado or at another location.

LAPD Rampart Division is handling the investigation.
