Lake Balboa, Los Angeles, CA: Two vehicles collided Monday night, Feb. 20, involving a commercial building in the Lake Balboa neighborhood of Los Angeles within the San Fernando Valley.
Los Angeles Police Department officers from Mission Division and the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a 9:42 p.m. call for traffic collision with one vehicle into a commercial structure on the 17200 block of Vanowen Street.
Officers conducted field sobriety and breathalyzer tests on the driver of one of the vehicles, but no arrest was made. There were no injuries reported.
The Parmida Rug Gallery business at the location was yellow tagged “Restricted Use” by Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety inspectors at the scene.
LAPD’s Traffic Division is investigating the crash.
