Flooded Roadway Traps Multiple Vehicles

North Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA: The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to the 6800 block of Vineland Avenue in the North Hollywood neighborhood within the San Fernando Valley where up to six vehicles were reported stuck on the flooded roadway around 12:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.

Tow trucks were trying to help vehicles exit the flooded area during pounding rain moving through the area.

Traffic was stopped on Vineland from Vanowen to Sherman Way.
