Wild Pursuit of Grand Theft Suspects Ends Inside Walmart

Santa Fe Springs, Los Angeles County, CA: A man and woman are in custody following a wild pursuit that started in Riverside County Thursday night, Mar. 2, and ended inside a Walmart store in the city of Santa Fe Springs.

The duo fled Riverside Sheriff’s Office deputies in a silver Toyota sedan west on the 60 Freeway.

News copters overhead captured the duo driving recklessly in Los Angeles County before they drove to the Walmart located on the 13300 block of Telegraph Road in Santa Fe Springs.

Both suspects ran into the Walmart store, but were quickly captured by authorities around 10:00 p.m. The two were wanted for grand theft.

The female was behind the wheel and the male was the passenger.
