Northridge, Los Angeles, CA: A shooting was reported around 12:30 a.m. Friday, Mar. 11, on the 18400 block of Dearborn Street near the Cal State University Northridge campus in the Northridge neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Police Department officers and Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to the scene. LAFD pronounced one person dead in an apartment at the location.

The incident is under investigation.
