Santa Fe Springs, Los Angeles County, CA: A trio of armed robbers remain on the run after holding up a gas station clerk at gunpoint late Sunday night.

Whittier Police received 911 calls shortly before 10:30 p.m., Apr. 23, regarding an armed robbery that had just occurred on the 10700 block of Carmenita Road in the city of Santa Fe Springs at the ARCO AM/PM.
The suspects, described as three African American male adults, stormed into the convenience store wearing ski masks.
One of the males was armed with a Glock 17 handgun and demanded cash from the clerk at gunpoint.
The males were observed fleeing northbound from the location in a Ford Explorer, possibly white in color.
The exact loss remains unknown at this time.
